Graduated Kuban State University, Krasnodar, Russia, in 2002, and was awarded a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's in law. And he qualified for a degree of Doctor of law in criminal law in 2005. In 2013, he attended the University of Queensland, Australia and was awarded a master's in international business administration. From 2005-2006, researcher and teacher at the Academy of Political Education, from 2006-2011, lawyer, compliance officer and director of the legal department at the Golomt Bank, from 2014-2015, teacher at the Mongolian National University of Law, and since 2021, head teacher of the Law Department of the University of Finance and Economics, and founded by ‘Financial Law Consulting’ LLC in 2014 and has been working as an attorney since then. From 2009-2010, representative of a member organization of the Mongolian Banking Association, a member of the Mongolian Bar Association since 2004, a member of the Mongolian Bar Association since 2008, and a member of the Mongolian International Arbitration since 2022 as an Arbitrator. Experienced in legal consulting and advocacy of civil and administrative law, particularly banking and finance law, investment and securities law, and company law.
